Mutants don't usually get their powers until they hit puberty. She is still about 10 I think.

Didn't she have them at birth? if she didn't the whole Rogue thing makes absolutely no sense.

oh and Colossal I questioned you dropping X-Force after Messiah War. in the new my Cup o'Joe there is an image of X-force Wolverine and Red Hulk going at it so when the Red Hulk/X-Force crossover happens I'll likely drop X-Force too.

But the whole depowering thing was rather cheap to begin with, so it's not like they wouldn't at least have the option to fix the mess that was made.

And Nightcrawler and plenty of others. But it's not like that would be saying that they aren't mutants, but that they're some slight jump in evolution of mutants. They're still mutants, just also something more.

Madrox and the others are just throwbacks, though. They're what mutants used to be, before mother nature realized they'd have a better chance at survival if their mutations kicked in later in life.

well its not like she's aware of any powers. Cable doesnt even know what she will be capable of

For some reason I completely forgot Rogue absorbs powers through contact. so forget what I said. In my head I was thinking "Cable's been taking care of her for how long now? He's come in contact with her"

But that's Rogue's thing. I don't know why I forget the mutant I brought up in the first place's power.

But yeah Cable should get his powers back he's gonna need them.

Didnt see this posted but here's an interview with Yost/Kyle on the crossover and X-force. Of course things can go either way but they confirm that Hellion and Surge are still alive with their fates will be revealed in X-force 17. Meltdown however is definetly a goner
