I'll go for the first. Because while I am actually enjoying the book, like one would enjoy a Michael Bay movie, they seem to fit their characters to the events than the events to the characters

The Dark X-men arc is the most recent thing chronologically in the X-universe. All this stuff in X-force occurs before it

In X-Factor it never felt entirely like they were both THAT into eachother. I think they were both just a bit messed up and fragile and at the same place at the same time.

As for her bein a heretic.. if you live in a world where actual gods from other religions walk amongst everyone, still sticking with a regular non-existant faith based god seems a little bit daft at best anyway.

Thor and Hercules exist, so why not the gods who haven't physically appeared before her yet? People like Rahne, Kurt, Kitty, and Sooraya have no reason to give up their (differently worshipped) god.
