If it's the former, it's because not everyone visits both threads and I thought it was good enough for both (and I assume someone else would have if I hadn't). If it's the latter, I didn't actually repost it in this thread, it just got carried over when a new page was created...I think. Which were you asking?

Yeah, they are supposed to break ground here in the Central Valley this year. I know CA is having some funding problems for it though...
