Do you guys think Vince will offer Ebersol a corporate position within WWE?

That would be a massive step down for him. He was the man at NBC sports. NBC gave him a license to spend over the last decade...which is probably why he and the new regiime weren't in sync.

Somebody with Ebersols resume can do far better with a more legitimate organization than WWE.

Or he can retire and go play golf like Carson did for the rest of his life after he left NBC.

I'm shocked to hear about Savage. VERY sad day for the business, guys. he was one of the greats and I was a huge fan.

It would be nice if Vince pulls his head out of his ass and put together a tribute on Raw and FINALLY puts him into the HOF next year.

IF he doesn't I'm done with WWE. Not that Vince cares or it will make a difference but I think any long time fan of WWE agrees that Savage should be honored.

TMZ has reported that Randy "Macho Man" Savage has passed away due to a car accident. RIP.

According to TMZ, Randy "Macho Man" Savage died in a car accident earlier today in Tampa, FL. Lanny Poffo spoke with TMZ and stated that his brother suffered a heart attack while he was behind the wheel around 10AM today, and from there lost control of his vehicle. Savage, 58, just celebrated his one-year wedding anniversary to wife Lynn earlier this month.

I'm taking this one harder than any wrestling death in a long time. At least Savage got to spend his final days happy with his current wife instead of dying in a hotel room on a wrestling tour.
