Apocalypse Olivia Munn IS Psylocke!

Can Olivia at least wear a classic Pyslocke costume? I want her to have that blue leotard and not some generic black jumpsuit.

if so, I always thought that was the perfect "compromise" to Psylocke's "true" ethnicity, without having to go in to the whole body switch thing.

just have the character be of mixed ethnicity.

Agreed. I think it's a nice nod to both versions of the character to have an actress whose exotic looks can be perceived as a reflection of dual heritages (which, in Munn's case, they are). On a related note, Psylocke always came across to me as Eurasian (especially when drawn by Jim Lee) even though she was meant to be wholly Asian.

Yep, Munn looks similar to Jim Lee Psylocke to me.

Fox sparing no expenses I see. Good for us fans. Think we can officially rule out any future timeline films aside from Deadpool and other spinoffs. It would make no sense to cast an ensemble like this and not continue with at least a large crop of the existing talent in an 80's-90's series. Feels like TAS all over again. When have we seen a CB movie franchise indefinitely stay a period piece for at least three and most likely more films to follow? No idea how this will ultimately play out.
