I think its obvious from the many trailers, there were scenes cut from the film or just alternate takes.
Lets see if we can list them.
Two obvious ones were
- "Is it dirty enough for you?" , "It's getting there" ...exchange between Stark and Widow.
-The whole Pepper Potts/Stark on the plane with her kissing his helmet and him saying "You complete me!" before flying into the Stark Expo.
