Osborn lost. He has no idea why Spider-Man came gunning for him.
My prediction is that he will "learn" off panel that Pete is Spidey.
Osborn, wanting to know why, goes and does research as his time as the Goblin and sees that he owned the Daily Bugle for a while, killed Gwen, kidnapped Aunt May and pieces together that he did those because the link between them all is Peter. He tries to make amends with Harry and tells Harry that Peter is Spider-Man. Harry at this point may or may not be pissed at Peter because he and everyone else lost Parker Industries (because Dan has made it known that he wants to remove it) so Harry and Norman team-up to take down Pete. Only Harry realizes that Pete wasn't to blame. He then sides with Pete and is killed by Norman.
Harry has barely been used since he came back.
And Dan likes to heave ***** upon ***** on Peter so in addition to having Pete feel terrible for "squandering his responsibility (owning P.I. and providing massive employment) he will now also feel guilty for his best friend's death.
