Aniplex USA To Release Persona 3 Movie #2 Import Blu-Ray. January 18, 2015 . 12:33pm

The Blu-ray will come in standard and collector’s editions.



Aniplex USA will be releasing an import version of the Blu-ray disc for Persona 3 the Movie #2: Midsummer Knight’s Dream, the publisher announced this week. The Blu-ray will come in standard and collector’s editions.

Both editions will feature the Director’s Cut version of Midsummer Knight’s Dream, with 4 minutes of new footage. Both editions will also include the original theatrical version of the movie, audio commentary, trailers, and commercials.

Exclusive to the collector’s edition is an original soundtrack CD (which includes the movie’s theme song, “Fate is in Our Hands”), exclusive box art by character designers Keisuke Watabe, newly-illustrated cover art, a deluxe 48-page booklet, 10 Super P3 Stickers, and three key art illustration cards. Additionally, if you order the collector’s edition from Aniplex’s official retailers, you’ll get a special translation booklet for the deluxe booklet.

The regular edition will cost $74.98 while the collector’s edition will cost $99.98. Both can be found for a lower price through Aniplex for $59.98 and $79.98 respectively. The list of official Aniplex retailers can be found here.

Here’s The Schedule For Atlus’ 30-Hour Persona Live Stream. January 30, 2015 . 5:45am

Since 30 hours is quite a lot to keep up with, Atlus has provided a schedule for their Persona program.


Atlus recently announced that they’re holding a massive 30+ hours of Persona-related news and content, where we can expect to hear the latest about Persona 5. Since 30 hours is quite a lot to keep up with, Atlus has provided a schedule for their program.

Keep in mind that the times listed below are in Japan Standard Time, so Tuesday’s stream will begin at 8:00pm PST/11pm EST on February 3rd. The programs listed on the following day will begin at 7:30pm PST/10:30pm EST on February 4th.

The streams will be available for viewing on Atlus’ Persona Channel or their official NicoNico Live channel.

The fourth Persona 3 movie will be the final chapter in the series.


The fourth Persona 3 movie will be the final chapter in the series, the ending of Persona 3 the Movie #3: Falling Down reveals. (Thanks, Anime News Network)

Devil Survivor and Persona Q manga series licensed by Kodansha Comics

Kodansha Comics have acquired the license to publish Satoru Matsuba’s Devil Survivor manga in the U.S., the publisher announced at Sakura Con this past weekend. The manga is based on the first Devil Survivor game for the DS.

In addition to Devil Survivor, the company has also licensed the Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth P3 and P4 manga series. The two series are based on the Persona Q RPG for the Nintendo 3DS and focus on the Persona 3 and Persona 4 protagonists respectively.

The Persona Q manga is already being published online by Crunchyroll. The P3 version is available here, while the P4 version can be found here.
