In my mind:
Peter Vs Sylar (for the good old days)
Nathan vs Tracy (in battle or not, one way or another they will conflict with each other)
Claire vs. Elle (we've seen this coming. Should be interesting. I'll bring the mud...)
Matt vs. Knox (i think that would be interesting. Weren't they supposed to have a subplot in the flashback episode? Anyway they both have a way with 'fear' so that would be cool)
Flint vs. Daphne (Someone's gotta fight Flint. If Meredith joins, She could fight him. Really, I don't know if Daphne is even going to stay a hero. If she turns villain then she would fight Hiro or Matt)
and then Angela vs her Husband...........yeah.
Right now, The Primatech Army is screwed (but the Eclipse might even things out)
