Age of Ultron Phase III?

I didn't know where to put this but here it goes....

What movies will lead up to the Avengers 3? It has already been confirmed that Ant Man, Captain America 3 and Thor 3 are in Phase III. And possible a Dr. Strange too. I don't think Disney/Marvel have the time to put in more than 4 movies before Avengers 3 due to all the releases Disney does and their new acquisition of Star Wars.

Probably a Black Panther and/or Inhumans in addition to those already mentioned. Not a whole lot of mystery.

i'm hoping that phase 4 deals with the street level heroes introduced in Netflix.

Ant-man is confirmed. Nothing else is for sure at this point, there's plenty of speculation on Thor 3, Cap 3, GoTG 2, Dr Strange, Hulk 2, Black Panther, but obviously this may be too much.

gotg 2 is rumored for may 6 2016, which is interesting. There must be more to the Thanos story than what they want to tell
