I'm sorry i meant the multiverse EXPLAINS why the TV shows are a little off compared to the MCU. Because they are technically a part of the MCU just a different timeline. Maybe not Agents though.

I think that going forward after missing their guess on how Thanos and the snapture turned out in Infinity War the TV show runners are looking at a different timeline, dimensional universe or something along those lines on their end. But before up to finding Loki's sceptre for the opening of Age of Ultron they would hold to movie continuity
