I wreckon they become mini phoenixs and because the Phoenix is life incarnate Sophie and Esme are resurrected and then somehow they become to powerful and need to be stopped. I also thing there will be a showdown between the Cuckoos and Emma.

Yeah... on their own they're not strong enough for the Phoenix (which needs an omega psychic host), but perhaps together, they can be?

Hmmmmm..........lets speculation begin!!!!! I read on a webpage in a interview with one of the Marvel writers that this year the origin of the Cuckkos will be revealed!!! I wonder what will be??? with Warsong on the way is safe to say that it might be true...so sorry Emma Frost, but the Cukkos are the spotlight so moooove.....

It won't be Emma, it'll likely be the Cuckoos. Emma was Phoenix briefly in Endsong and she couldn't control it.
