Pirates of the Caribbean 5 - Part 1

Jones, Beckett, and Mercer aren't pirates, and given the situation ignoring the guidelines, including the parlay, would have been the smart move. They were willing to set free a pissed off god to help them destroy the enemy, but aren't willing to violate a parlay...I just don't buy it.

I seriously doubt knocking Jones over would have done much good. The only way to kill Jones was to stab his heart. They probably wouldn't have been able to knock him out of the bucket. He'd probably just automatically transport to the nearest water source.

I really like how what we've seen of the heroic leads suggests they're trying to imitate the COTBP chemistry of Jack being the major supporting character to other protagonists.

Maybe it's the cynic in me that thinks trying to imitate that sort of thing when the characters in question are not the same won't be nearly as effective.

The first one is okay, but the second two look like those cheap ones they sell at Toys R Us.

These are aren't theatrical posters.

Beside the 1st one, they look like terrible straight-to-DVD film posters.

They look like merchandising posters. The cheap ones that sell at Wal-Mart, target, dollar stores etc. These aren't theatrical posters.

Exactly, so why are these film blogs acting like they are?

They better not be. Those are horrid.

Watch the second poster be in a theatre.

Because saying they are theatrical posters or treating them that way gets their blogs more hits. Its a basic tactic: play up and exagerate the mundane for attention. Or the blogists are clueless idiots.
