I never get why these major film releases can sometimes get such horrid posters. I frankly wouldn't be surprised if these were actual theatrical posters. I remember Avengers 2 getting some realy crapy posters too.

These are some of the most expensive films ever made, yet, the studios don't mind releasing posters that look like they're marketing some random play.

Dude, just compare the newer poster after the Superbowl and those. Disney isn't gonna go cheap on this. Those are merchandising, as much as they look hilariously like dinner theater posters.

That being said, this movie blew so much of its budget maybe this is all they had leftover.

Now I’m told that Bloom will appear just in the beginning of the new film as a set up for his son, played by Brendan Thwaites. He also appears again at the end, possibly as a set up for a sixth installment that will focus on father and son. (Of course, Depp’s Jack Sparrow will never be far from sight.) This should be a kind of Sean Connery moment for Bloom (think Indiana Jones and his dad) although of course he’s far younger. No one makes a better swashbuckler than Bloom.
