And yeah, "Final chapter, final adventure" doesn't mean **** if the movie does well. We'll see the "final final adventure" then.

I knew and she was one of the reasons I was excited for this. And even I forgot, because they barely have shown her, at all.

Thankfully the new trailer acknowledged her existence.

This movie looks good, and I don't mind if it bombs the box office, since Disney can just earn back the lost money on Pirates of the Caribbean from Marvel, Star Wars, and Pixar.

yeah I thought the same, it's not as solid as RDJ or Michael Douglas in the mcu movies, doesn't quite look like Depp
but then, it is a very brief shot, and the CG could still be early

Yeah, "the final adventure begins" is very careful phrasing.

Personally, I think this looks a lot more fun that On Stranger Tides and not as bloated as At World's End but we shall see.

Wow, I'm suddenly looking forward to this. Doubt it will be as good as Curse of the Black Pearl, but it looks like it may have some of the life that On Stranger Tides was lacking.

I enjoyed this trailer. Young Jack looks great and I like how they're not giving everything away.

Man, I have a good feeling about this one. There's a lot of interesting ideas to this movie. This will probably underperform but this could ironically end up being the best one since the first. I really want to see another film where it lives up to the potential of the first. I just hope it doesn't try to be too much like the first.

There are some rumors about Anthony De La Torre portraying young Jack Sparrow. I don't know if that's true.

ILM probably did what they did with Tarkin. They hired an actor that would be a good base, had them wear a face mocap rig, and then put a cgi Depp head over the actor's head..
