I can't quite firgure out who all these characters are, but could ANYBODY out there help me figure out who these DC super teens are?

Please contribute tell me if what I've filled in so far is wrong

No? it's not a contest I'm trying to do a fan comic, BTW does anybody know what #8 Sweet 16 and #33 Solution can do?

Sweet 16 can control pheromones but no idea what The Solution does and I don't think it's ever been show. The only other apperance for both of them is a Teen Titans arc where they got rejected for membership (as far as I remember anyway) so they aren't very well explored.
