I've never gotten Banned so sorry about the stupid question and I can't really say this because i've never been on the other side of the fence but why can't he just stay off for a week, I mean its not that hard is it?

I don't think anyone of us is trying to imply he is not guilty of all those things. But just the fact that those seem like trivial offenses to permanently ban such an active member of this community. Heck, Zenien also came back during her probation period with a new account and I didn't see her suffer the same consequences.

Regardless, I don't think it would hurt the mods to be a little more lenient with THWIP* here. I believe when a poster has been around for as long as THWIP has and has done so much to keep these forums vibrant and interesting, he at least deserves the consideration not to be so harshly penalized for something so minor. Besides, the Games forums already has only a scant few regulars as is. Give the guy a break, will ya?

The point in question here is the mods' justification for banning THWIP and if that is valid, then Zenien should be banned as well. No one brought up the user's "history" until you did right now, which goes to show it was never a consideration to begin with. Oh and Zenien was on probation as well when she created an alternate account called "Aran" or something.

People have to learn to accept the consequences of their actions...he was given many chances to do a simple probation...he is now banned.
