Please solve my 28 year old mystery - CLOCKMAN still at large

Just throw this on 4chan, if you don't get an answer back in like an hour than this doesn't exist outside of your twisted memory.

I searched through the cartoon episodes they had on that show, it seems that they adapted a LOT of shows from overseas and each of them had an episode list. Thing is, there's no episode description for most of them. I think you'd have to contact the shows creators (which you've already done).

I'm leaning towards this being an episode of Alfie (from your drawing and the stills I've seen from that show), maybe we should contact the shows creators of Alfie.

Holy **** I remember this ****ing short!

It was like claymation with poorly made dolls and the animation was real stuttery and ******. It started with the kid's mom telling him goodnight and closing the door behind her after shutting off the light. Then the door slowly creeks open while a generic eerie wind sound blows and the camera cuts into the kids room at the foot of his bed. He struggles to open his eyes as they slowly droop and he eventually gives in and goes to sleep. Then it cuts up to the clock while the second hand slowly ticks to 12:00. When it hits it there's like a low bell ringing sound and the camera goes back to the foot of the kid's bed. The "Clock Man's" head peeks into the room like the clock were a window. Unlike what the OP's image shows, the Clock Man's head then recedes back and his arms comes out and pushes the clock open like a door, revealing a big dark hole behind the clock. Then Clock Man hops out of the hole and the kid wakes up and stares beady eyed at the Clock Man. Then the Clock Man starts doing like a weird Irish river-dance. Oh, and the Clock Man looks a little different from the picture. He was wearing like an all black turtleneck sweater and a black bowler hat. His skin was green and I don't really remember him having a beard but he did have a big toothy smile and two real big eyes with very tiny pupils.

I don't think I actually watched much after that. But I distinctly remember the Clock Man saying his name was "Benjamin" and he rung an elevator up to the kid's window.

I remember reading an episode titled "Benjamin" while looking through the pinwheel episode guide, I'll see if I can look for it again.

Wow. Didn't notice that post. I'll take a look at some episode guides too.

I emailed the woman that runs that website, i'll let you know if I get a reply today. If she sells the whole series on DVD (and nowhere else) then she MUST know what we're looking for.

Have her send pics. Post a screen cap.

That's three discs, I doubt the entire series could be on that. Or did I read it wrong?

I read the disc descriptions, each one contains non-stop episodes. It's gotta be on there lol but we'll see.

Err, um, doubt it's the entire 250 or 260 episodes. But yes, she or he should know for sure. Do you think it would help if I e-mailed her as well?

I hope so. Also, I think that the guy looking for the cartoon ordered those DVDs, but they haven't arrived yet.

Got her reply:

Hi,

Thanks for your email. I received another inquiry recently regarding this short and have been sorting through my footage. Unfortunately I don't have this short, but I hope it turns up somewhere; I'd like to see it too after hearing these strange descriptions! Best of luck,

Kelly =)

Hmmmm I'm discovering more and more forums that are researching this. We NEED to know where clock man takes the kid, that would make this SO much easier.

I've been obsessed with this search since I came across this thread, it's driving me bananas.

You're obsessing over something that's been made up. I'm 99.9% sure this is just creepy-pasta.

ahhh, so it's another "Mr. Pegg" debacle.

If it was a creepy pasta, wouldn't it be haunted or something?

I remember an animated short on Pinwheel about a pony that was obsessed with walking to Norway.
