- Cyclops has laser eyes in this movie and not optic blasts but when Deadpool uses them against Creed, no hole is burned through Creed's body and his clothes aren't even burnt and then they return back to laser beams.
I seem to remember Cyclops having laser eyes in The Last Stand, when he fires at the lake. Also, Deadpool could have shot less-powerful blasts at Creed so he would not kill him. After all, Stryker only used his control over Deadpool to target and engage Wolverine. Either that or the DNA of Cyclops didn't transfer over to Deadpool to its full extent.
- Stryker walks off of an island.
There's a bridge you can see in the last shot of the movie before the credits.
- Wolverine either leaves Kayla's body to rot in the woods, takes her back to their house, or allows the cops/medics to get the body but never wonders what happened to it or if there was a funeral for the woman he loved.
Um, yeah, it's probably one of those things. But it happened off-screen. That's not exactly poor storytelling.
He also could not smell with his super senses that it wasn't her blood and he doesn't go bounding after Creed right then and there for killing the woman he loved.
Now, I don't remember every detail of the movie, but he may not have discovered his super smelling senses yet. Or he may not have smelt the blood because he had such mixed emotions in his head at the time. Also, I thought he did immediately go after Creed. In the next scene or the one after the next, he busts right into the bar to face him.
- The cages that housed the mutants for six years had no toilets or beds in them.
I'm sure they're constantly bringing the mutants out for experiments, they can sleep and do their business then. Those were probably just temporary holding cages.
- Wolverine boxes Blob but threatens him with his claws after the fight when he could have done that to begin with.
I think he wanted to take it easy on Blob because of what Wraith was telling him about his old, now-overweight friend. I don't think Wolvie immediately resorted to a fight with his claws when he found Gambit, either. That's just if he gets fueled enough.
- Cyclops does not use his eye beams to escape the wire mesh cage he is being held in.
I thought this was valid at first because of how easy it would be to remove the eye mask, but Cyclops seemed like a good kid; he probably didn't want to blast all of the mutants around him.
- After loosing his memory, Logan remembers where he left his jacket the old man gave him that seems to also be indestructible.
I don't remember this. I thought Wolvie was leaving the island in the last shot in his white tank top.
- One of the guys on Team X that cannot die is not sent in first.
It could have been recommended, but the guy with the pistols (I don't know his name) knew that he could do the job of getting the first guards.
- Gambit's guards played cards with him when he is a captive that can escape by touching objects.
They could have either A. Not known his power, or B. Played with him while he had restraints, like Cyclops's eye mask.
- Professor Xavier knew about the Weapon X facility and decided to show up at that exact moment.
He was probably there long before that, but didn't want to risk himself by going inside. He was taking advantage of the time Wolverine came to save everybody and was guiding them out. Also, if he wasn't using his mind powers to already know abou the place, he probably saw it on the news.
- Magneto's kids are being held captive in a facility filled with metal and they are still there.
Magneto's kids? Sorry, but I may have missed something.
- LCD computer screens and television monitors existed in the 70's-80's.
You didn't explain this point very well, but when exactly was this movie supposed to be taking place? Couldn't it have been the '70s-'80s? As I said, I don't remember the details.
- Wolverine will fight in American wars for 2 centuries but when asked to rejoin he proclaims that he isn't American.
Only about one century, actually. But he was just using excuses against Stryker anyway.
- Wolverine can stop laser beams with his claws and also charge up a force that can repel back to the source.
That was overboard, but heck, it was cool.
