I love all three, but Raiders is my least favorite of this bunch, and my least favorite in the original Doctor Jones trilogy.
I think I'll leave this as a tie between the other two films before I see them again.

You forgot to include Aliens and the Terminator. These two iconic eighties movies do qualify as science fiction, right?

They're all great films but Back To The Future stands out because it's 3 movies that surprisingly hold up pretty well as a trilogy without any one of them being bad.

I'd have to go with Raiders of the Lost Ark. Back to the Future is a close second, but Raiders hits the nostalgia factor, whereas I didn't see BTTF until about 2 years ago. I also saw Ghostbusters about 2 years ago, and it didn't do that much for me. I enjoyed it well enough, but I may have to check it out again at some point and see if it grows on me.

That's true of Indy too. The only bad one is Crystal Skull which is basically from an entirely different era.

Temple is not nearly as good as Raiders or Last Crusade, but still a rather enjoyable film with some pretty good scenes.

The last 40 minutes or so of Temple of Doom is pure bliss. Just one non-stop thrill ride.

Love Back to the Future but Raiders is the clear choice. It is the ne plus ultra of blockbuster cinema, the kind made with top of the line craftsmanship in every area of design to utterly transport the audience to a world of adventure. Watching Raiders of the Lost Ark is like falling in love with the movies all over again.

Ghostbusters is great fun as well, though it's the "weakest" of these 3 films.

I say Ghostbusters. That movie brings me the most joy; it is funny without being try-hard, has great horror elements and creates practicality and utility in the formation of the group.

Back To the Future is a very close second, smidge from being 1b. but the second if my fav anyways.

Raiders is good but I grew up the most with Ghostbusters, it's still the ebst out of the three

I prefer Temple of Doom over Last Crusade, though both are great action/adventure films (even if I have more issues with Crusade now than I used too).

Part 2 and 3 were filmed together as one film, so I basically consider them one movie (part 2 even has a trailer at the end for part 3).

But while BFF2/3 are mildly entertaining films, they edge closer to mediocre than good.

Since i don't consider Raiders to be sci-fi, that leaves back to the future or ghost busters. BOTH i enjoy, but if i have to pick one as being more iconic, it has to be BTTF!

But it heavily relies on the science of archaeology, more on adventure, and less on magic.
