He's also been a HAND before. A friggin' HAND. Do you want him to be a flying HAND in the movie? Is that what you want?

Personally I have no real objection to the Cybertronian jet mode apart from it possibly being lazy. I know he won't require an earth mode anyway but if he was more like a hovertank I'd be happier.

I just think the excuse of "he's been this before so it's okay" isn't valid (see exhibit 'A' above).

um... I really do not equate the flames to have anything to do with gold necklaces or hip hop songs.... There are NASCAR drivers that have these types of flames also ... so they are not specific to one demographic.

people b*tch about the flames. I don't like the flames either but hell, from that concept art, they were not that bad looking. It seems like SOME people complain just to complain. And I'm a fair person.

Second, to me, insect Transformers might work if they're in their Cybertronic form. However, if they keep the bug like look even when they adapt to Earth froms, that's lame. For some reason, I find it uninspired. I liked the fact that they WERE humanoid in the cartoons, but that's just me..

thats exactly what they're doing whats wrong with that i didnt grow up with g1 i had beast wars and to be honest with you g1 wouldnt last now days. im sure they were cool back in the day but the reality is the things you grew up with are allways gonna be cooler then what the next generation has, im glad the movie isnt gonna have the big blocky transformers and i know this is gonna piss alot of people off but deal with it
