The end one will probably be a gag that has to do with them seeing Coluson alive for the first time since the last movie.

It's not so different from Nick Fury. He was introduced in an after credits scene in IM1, had a few scenes in IM2, and went back to an after credit scene in Thor.

However one could say Thanos is much more massive

I really hope they don't blow an end credits scene on Coulson, though if it means he doesn't need to come back for Avengers 3 then I'll take it. But I'd much rather have that RDJ/Spader video.

TWS will have started filming before AOU premieres so my guess is the Russos will film a teaser for Cap 3.

Well if it is the final credit scene out of two I don't see the problem considering A1 had the schawarma scene, TDW had the frost beast, and GOTG had Howard the Duck.

I saw someone suggest a good gag scene, with Stan Lee cameoing as a janitor in Avengers Tower cleaning around and he casually lifts up Thor's hammer to clean under it and places it back down.

Although I'd like them to pan into the Daily Bugle, with some muffled shouting. The door opens... "GET ME PICTURES OF THIS... SPIDERMAN MENACE!"

The end-credits scene for Avengers was shot two weeks before the films release. If it's a simple two or three shot scene, they could pump it out in a weekend. As long as they settle on the ethnicity of the character they'll be fine. Just don't show his face.

Similar to shot 1, but we see a stream connect between two parts of the machine.

Similar to shot 4 - the spider gets inside the stream. Follow the spider as it falls from the air, landing on someone's hand who's wielding a DSLR. The spider bites the hand. End.



That's four different shots. There'd be a bit of CGI but if they shoot it practical that's only about two weeks of work. It can be done with plenty of time to spare.

The Avengers on a Quinjet flying back to the U.S. with a sense of urgency because there's reports of riots in NYC caused by a group of no less than six costumed thugs. They land at the scene and see a tired Spider-Man standing over a beaten Sinister Six. He just looks up and says, "Who else was going to watch the place while you were gone?".

That's also the entire Sinister Six movie so Sony can move on.
