Cape!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would love this

I know it won't happen though, but it would be awesome to see

Maybe after Justice League (whenever it is) they could do a Kingdom Come film, it'll probably be ten years from now and Cavill and Gadot wouldn't even need to have aged much.

I know that man was just talking about this specific trailer. :woot:
Just because the trailer is fairly new doesn't mean that it isn't iconic. It represents iconic figures in the DC Universe

Any way that a mod can change the title of this thread to reflect the larger DCCU/Snyderverse?

I think it's bigger than just BvS now. We can't mention that without mentioning the JL movie and potential sequels.

I think the Injustice comic surprised just about everyone with how good it is. Also it looks like the Flash cowl there was a big inspiration for the tv show cowl.

Thanks for the info D.P.

I know some people are going to see this as me hating but I'd like to see something intelligent in a JL film like that comicbook because I found a certain massively popular Superhero team up movie to be a little dumber than I wanted it to be. It was fun but there was nothing there beyond the fun. I know that I'm in the minority of not being very impressed by that film.

I liked these scenes even more, especially the Batman exchange:

I LOVED that he berated Batman for letting Joker loose on Metropolis. I hope we get to see Superman talk down to Affleck's Batman like this. God knows how much Batman needs this.

Like the one before, but since when does batman have a code "No kill", should be that Batman “generally" doesn't kill. This is just not Superman. "I don't generally kill" That sounds like Batman talking.

What the hell is this nonsense?

Forgot to mention, I like the dialogue Supes has with Batman, but "or next time, your little playmate won't make it home."

Is he talking about Robin? Whatever he's talking about, that's way out of character, he would have to be on something, some Kryptonite or hypnotized.

Superman would never be that threatening. I knew Batman to be this threatening with villains but Superman would never threatened an innocent child, or threaten someone that he will hurt someone they know who has caused him no harm, but just to attack Batman.

I could be wrong but I think he was refering to the Joker, that's why he called playmate

He was talking about the Joker...

As for the threat, the whole point of that is to show how diametrically opposing their ideologies are. Batman relies on deception and trickery to get what he wants, even if it means putting lives at risk. Whereas, Superman is not going to do that. The whole "Superman would never do that" is really up to opinion. Superman would never kill? Well he has in the comics. Superman would never threaten people? He has threatened villains if it meant that more lives would be saved.
