The photos above were the ones I received in the UK Blu-Ray of Batman Begins.

These can also be found (onscreen) on the 2disc DVD, under Art Gallery, Explorations, along with lots more samples.

Yes there was, if you look at the extras on the original BB SE dvd you can see them all on there!
