Giod. I Hope that's not the international poster. Other then the overal bland look of the poster, Cage himself looks terrible! He looks like he's sucking his cheeks in and he's had Botox shots.

Hey BG, that really sucks what happened to your from MovieGoods. I mean, it's cool that you have it but, it's totally not could that it's a crappy version of it... especially considering the comapny selling it did nothing to mention this to you before you bought it. Did you write them and express your disgust with it?

not yet....but i went back the other night to find out if i missed anything on their description. sure enough they list it as a "movie poster print".
so i went back and starte digging up some info and is says under their FAQ
and it states:

"Unless a poster is specifically indicated as a "Reproduction", a "Poster Print" or a "Masterprint", then it is an original item."

also found this info for "poster print":

"Size: approximately 27" x 40" (if the poster size differs significantly, it will be stated so in the item description)
Type: Reproductions, printed on satin finish paper."

now its complete s%^t that i had to find that out by digging into their FAQ section. i guess if they have been doing this for awhile i have to assume it legal. they might have permission from the studio to take a smaller image, copy it to a larger format, destroy the original smaller version, and then sell the larger reproduction.

learned something new when buying posters...pay close attention to its description...i mean REALLY close attention. one of those things where if you dont read the fine print you get screwed.
My nephews will like the poster though...so no need to send it back. but i certainly will be far more cautious when buying movie posters from them or anyone else.

I understand the poster is directed more towards to the non-fanbase community, but even looking at it from that standpoint it is an unappealing poster that turns me off from the movie.

Hell, this is the most important thing in 2007 for me and this poster puts me off from seeing the movie.

That's the lenticular poster. That's the only way you can show it in a pic format since you can't use lenticular effects on a computer screen.

I have yet to see the new theatrical poster myself. When i went to see Casino Royale they had lots of posters from '07 flicks but none from GR.

Ghost Rider poster sighting down under at the Comic Shop in Liverpool (New South Wales), Australia.

Tom at the Comic Shop dodges a lock on as the Ghost RIder poster from Sony Pictures Releasing sets up a position for the next couple of months.

First thing from the people who walk on by, "Oh, Eva Mendes is in this?"

One of the greatest things about the poster is that it smells absolutely mighty fine in a heavy stock gloss fashion.

Just saw the lenticular poster MSJ was talking about at the theatre.
Weird thing was it was a pretty crappy theatre that had it I mean even the nice ones didn't have it yet.

but it looked great, when I walked in I saw Nic's face and I thought to myself oh cool they have a GR poster.

Then as I looked back he was gone and GR was there and I was like what the?
Then I realized it was the lenticular and for a moment I thought to myself I should break the glass case, take the poster and run no one would catch me.

It was just that great.

Oh yeah I saw it when I watched Night at The Museum I also saw the F4 trailer, looks cool.
