No prob and that's a good question. If they can produce so many different posters of Spidey why not for the villains. At the very least Sandman 'deserves' one or two of his own.

I never looked at it that way but i still say they should make posters considering there a 3 other villains. One of them (Sandman) is probably the most visually stunning of the Spidey villains we've seen so far.
