I say SHH! needs to have an election every year for one MOD to be elected. This place needs to be a Democracy and we need to elect a representative.

That was done at the forum I administrated a few years ago. We had nominations, and then, from there, we checked out the nominees to see who would actually qualify and make for a good moderator. Then we narrowed the selections down and started the poll. It worked rather well, actually.
