Yeah, I think so too. Just bacause it has Jolie, doesnt mean that its money in the bank. And the fact that it deviates from the comics plot so much, I doubt it will get many fans of the original comic.

It looks just like "Shoot Em' Up"... and I still think Angelina Jolie is NOT a box office draw, even in an action movie. The Tomb Raiders were lame.

The biggest flop is possibly Hancock. Iron Man looks like another possible choice,but it's looking decent now. So I am not really sure..

Speed Racer & Incredible Hulk.

Speed Racer is a strange looking film from an ancient animated series that nobody remembers. The only market is kids and they aren't big enough a market to carry a film, especially with Narnia coming out soon after.

The Incredible Hulk has zero hype for it. Most people I know don't even know that there is a new Hulk movie coming out. The advertising has been abysmal, which is a shame since the last Hulk film was marketed extremely well. It also follows a film that underperformed itself and is recent enough that people remember it.

Even if both these films are good, they will flop simply because there is a very limited audience out there that is excited to see them.

It has no competition next week. It'll open big. Maybe not as big Spider-Man 3 but it'll be a hit. Its the start of the summer blockbuster season.

I agree with this . The general audience won't think it's a different movie than ang lee's , The hype has been somewhat absent , and the hulk has lost some steam due to ang lee's film.

My locks for the summer hits are Indy 4, The Dark Knight and Iron Man. They're going to cream the competition. The wild card may be Hancock or Speed Racer. Both of them look pretty bad to me, but they also look like the crap that randomly breaks records for some horrible reason. And I think Hulk is going to suck the big one come its opening weekend, and possibly Wall-E. And seeing as Hellboy 2 was made for half of its first one it will definately more than make up enough business for itself.
