Comics "President Lex" TPB question

i was just reading the TPB "President Lex" and there's a scene where Supergirl kisses Jimmy Olsen, and he says something like, "who are you? You're not like any Supergirl I've ever met before!" and in that same panel, there's a big black block that seems to be covering a thought bubble or something.

has anyone read the comics that are collected in the TPB and know what's covererd up? is it something that now conflicts with the current Supergirl story arc?

anybody, anybody?

I haven't seen it but I suspect the black bubble is covering the credits or a reference to another issue that is collected in the tpb (i.e. see Superman #??? for Supergirl and Jimmys first meeting)
