I wanted the scene to be shot of him stretching his neck around a car to get Ben's attention on the bridge, would have been much better than the very bad stretching of the arms.....*shudders at the memory*

MOST of his stretching effects looked horrible! The worst one for me was when he had Ben tied up and was unwinding. The arms and especially the hands looked cartoony. Same for the toilet paper shot! Just terrible! Hoping for a BIG improvement this time around. But with most of the fx $$ going to SS, we'll Reed'll probably get short changed again.

I liked that part, it was pretty much exactly from a comic panel. I didn't like the way they changed that scene to get that comic panel in, but I liked the stretching....I thought the stretching was really good from that point on.....but the bridge scene and the bathroom scene were both reminiscent of the the 94 movie......*shudders at the thought*

I liked that part, it was pretty much exactly from a comic panel. I liked the way the scene was filmed but his stretched limbs as they unwind from Ben don't look "real" at all. They look "painted", fake. I'm just hoping they don't screw his effects again (budgetwise) because of the Silver Surfer!

LOL. I was being facecious(sp?) but yeah, had they had him tying up Doom in that manner...

Ah cool so Story is prevising the entire film it seems. Raimi does that. Filming goes by quicker that way.
