Prison Break Season 4 Discussion

She did have it. The General revealed that the same operation that they were giving him worked for her.

Well, one thing Christina had that Michael didn't was constant and ongoing care and observation from the Company surgeons who did the operation on her.

Does any one else find it odd that Sarah was living in Panama and Michael was buried there? The Final Break is apparently about Michael breaking Sarah out of prison after she is put in for killing his mother (which was clearly justifiable so why she would be imprisoned is beyond me, especially with Kellerman's newfound pull).

It was good to see Kellerman again, but him becoming a politician after confessing to committing murder, etc for the former VP just doesn't make sense---but then again in Prison Break world I guess it can happen.

Now onto Sarah going to prison for killing Christina--that makes no sense to me. Here we see at the end of the finale everyone (including Sarah) signing those forms to be exonerated for all of the crap the Company has done to them--yet the one murder of Christina which as you put it was justifiable considering she was about to kill Michael sends her to jail?

Why wasn't this part of the exoneration to begin with--makes no sense. I guess we'll find out in July what that's all about.

I'm guessing the surgery wasn't completely successful. I don't think there was time for it to come back if it had been completely removed.

Did they ever give Gretchen any closure?

Yes, she was arrested for the murder of the original guys who stole Scyllia and the General told her as long as she kept quiet she'd be allowed to see her daughter in prison.

I just watched this last night. F**k you, Fox, Brett Ratner and whoever else thought it was a brilliant idea to kill off Michael at the end of the show. I've put up with your ridiculous, convoluted, unrealistic plot twists for four years because, I HOPED that at the very least, we'd get a happy ending for the central characters. I mean seriously, is it SO hard to end a show on a good note? What the hell did killing the hero bring to the finale? This is Prison Break, not Six Feet Under. It was bad enough you brought back C-Note and Kellerman just to have that "Whoa, I never thought I'd see these guys again!" moment. No, you had to go one further and kill one of the only three characters I honestly gave a crap about anymore, while you let T-Bag (who should have been DEAD by now) survive. Fine, he's in prison, but that was one character who deserved a lot worse.

Maybe I'm in the minority here and other fans think that killing Michael was a stroke of genius. But as someone who stuck with this show instead of jumping ship last season like most of its audience, I feel like I just wasted a hell of a lot of time.

While I can respectfully understand your disappointment, I for one, have stayed faithful to this show since the pilot aired in 2005. Heck, I knew I was gonna be hooked once I heard about the show a whole year before it aired. I never 'jumped ship' even after Season 3 when all hope was lost, I still invested my time to watch this show. It still is one of my favorite shows of all time and I still think the ending worked, even better than if Michael had lived.

That's just how I feel, from one faithful fan to another.

i dont remember any of this at all. i thought she got shot and died....

Nope. She shot those guys and got arrested.

Didn't Sara only hold a gun for maybe...3 seconds in the entire series?

Please.

A cover with just Michael and Lincoln would have sufficed.

It fits with the plot of Sarah being charged with the murder of Christine.

As for the cover...well...it is better than Michael's kung-fu season 3 cover.

:funny:

I really hope someone lost their job over that. I mean, I can only imagine the meeting of the design staff at like, 3 am, they just finish designing the cover which is due the next day only to realize that they forgot about the side so someone busts out a bag of weed, they smoke and somehow decide that Michael in a kung fu pose is a good idea.

what the hell is that? im so confused. this is ******ed. why wouldnt they just include it with the regular dvd and bluray releases of the final season?

Is this season even going to be on blu ray? I'm looking on amazon and it only has DVD.

I don't get it... Seasons 1 and 3 are on blu ray except for Season 2.... makes no sense.

By the time we got to the end of Prison Break, I was only really watching to see what would happen to T-Bag, Mahone and, with this latest season, Don Self. The show was very hit-and-miss, but I loved those three characters.

T-Bag and Self both ended up in pretty bad places, Self especially, but I was happy to at least see Mahone get a happy ending.

I can't believe they let T-Bag live. I really felt he should have been killed a long time ago.

Nothing against the actor...he played him perfectly. Just the character was just such a slimy ------ that after all he did before and after the first season he really needed to die.

But just like in real life the good die young and the evil continue on.

T-Bag in the first season was an utterly despicable monster with no redeeming qualities, a racist and a rapist. In the beginning, I wanted him dead. But as the show progresses, he evolved from total monster to magnificent bastard. And I for one couldn't help but be secretly cheering him on. No matter how bad the show got, he was one guy who never failed to be compelling.

Anyone else in the UK watching "Prison Break: The Final Break" on Sky One right now?

It's soooooooooo stupid.

I've just started watching it. Not very far in, but I'm getting a distinct season 1 vibe. Especially since they brought back the classic music.

And I see where those rumors of a female Prison Break series were coming from now.
