Just from the bad reviews that bash this as a violent gory movie I know I will enjoy the Punisher destroy baddies in the most horrific way!

honestly some of these reviews are actually pumping me up more than what I am. "too bloody", "too over the top", "Frank is Jason Vorhees for criminals", they make it sound like a bad thing...theyve obviously never read the MAX series.

Now I want a Punisher vs. *insert slasher movie killer* flick after hearing that. Put Jason(not supernatural Jason, original Jason) vs. Frank Castle, see who comes out on top.

Just got back from checking out the midnight showing. I wasn't expecting much, but I actually really enjoyed it. 8/10

The cast really surprised me, great characters all around. The violence was top notch as well. Some good kills.

Some of the comedic moments kind of threw me off and got some groans rather than laughs from the theater, but nothing movie-destroying by any stretch. Jigsaw was disgusting and hyper, and was great. I REALLY enjoyed Ray as Punisher.

Why was Ink the son of Pitsy? Why was Pitsy even called Pitsy...P**sy would have been a more appropriate nickname. Why was half of Stevensons acting just him snorting? Why did they turn Molly into a big, black, male FBI agent? Why did they combine Soap and the other original member of the Punisher task force? Why was McGinty a monkey man? Why was all the action quick cuts? Why was their neon everywhere? How could Franks small hunting knife cut through skulls clean with one hit? Why did he swing around upside down on a chandelier? WHO GREENLIT THIS HORRIBLE MOVIE!?!?!

I saw it for free by the way, as I work at a theater. We sold a grand total of 4 tickets to the midnight showing. I hope this movie bombs.

OMG! Just got back from seeing it! Beyond fantastic! I am seeing it again first thing in the morning! Everything in the movie was just so damn well done.
I enjoyed every second of it. Went with a couple of buddies to see it and they thought it was great too, first thing they said after the movie is when are we seeing it again? Ray Stevenson is Frank Castle...he was just so perfect I can't even begin to describe how much I loved his performance. The whole cast was just great though....Doug and Dominic were just wonderful they had me laughing one moment and cringing the next. I don't want to go into the spoiler stuff so I will just say this is indeed The Punisher film fans have been waiting for! Thank you Lexi Alexander for such a wonderful film you have a fan for life!
