Drama Pushing Daisies

I'm going to miss Olive in the little nun uniform. I love when she was trying to get Ned to see Lil in the picture.

I also love the fact that the writers don't overly dramatize a plot point by having the character hold a secret for an extremely painful amount of time.

Last night's episode had me thinking. What if Chuck were to die again? Could Ned bring her back yet again? Maybe if he brought her back again then it wouldn't matter if he touches her anymore since he already touched her twice.

Could be a way to end the show with them together.

Or maybe Ned has to die and come back in order to lose his power.

So Yahoo has an article up that says Pushing Daisies is one of the 5 most likely to be cancelled shows on TV. :(

I hope everybody that's not watching this gets Gonorrhea.

Is Yahoo really the best authority on the subject, though?

Not too surprising, quirky shows like this never have a very long lifespan, especially being on one of big networks. People would much rather watch something "safer" like one of the 50 Law and Order or CSI's or bad reality TV.

I like the show, but after last night's bullcrap episode it deserves to get cancelled.

Yeah, good ep for me. Mainly because Simone showed up. ;)

I thought it was the funniest episode of the season. The nuances of the plot took a minute to get wrapped around, but that's what the show is. The Emerson moments were as good as they've been all season.

"Mmm hmm. You think just cause you dead, you ain't gonna tell us what you was up to, but you are soooo wrong." :funny:

Wiki says Sweeps starts tonight and runs through November 26. I don't expect good news.

I loved last nights episode.

Ok, so who here has actually heard Anna Friel with her real accent?

Wow, I did not expect her to sound like that at all. She sounds soooooo much different on the show.

(apologies if posted before but didn't see it)

They should find a way to incorporate it into the show. :o

What the hell, that was awesome.

It'd be hilarious to see Emerson and Ned's reaction if she suddenly busted into that voice when they were undercover.

I knew she was British, but I had never heard her accent. When I saw her in the first episode of Pushing Daisies, I thought she'd be the perfect Trillian.
