A whileback I found a website, http://www.comicbookdb.com/ , that allows you to keep track of your comics, but I heard alot of people just use excel to keep a database. I was just wondering what all of you guys do to keep track of your comics.

For those who do use a spreadsheet, what kind of information do you have for each comic and how do you list them. For example, if I have Batman issues 100-300, 234, 356, 342, 567, 570-650 how would you list that. Do you list each individual issue in its own cell and have information about that issue (date released, title, writer, illustrator, ect . .) or would you just have a cell that says "Batman" and than list the issues you have in another cell?

Assuming you do list each issue and stuff about that issue, is there a good site that lists such information for comic books, or would I have to look up specific sites for each different series to find that information?

I keep a word and excel list and I list each one individual.

I keep a Word list, just like you said. Title with number of year #1 came out, and the issues I have of that title. Like your Batman example.
