Stuff like this reminds me of the tons of hilariously bad crap we used to rent on VHS back in the 80s on Friday/Saturday nights. So much ridiculous imitations of Escape From New York, Terminator, RoboCop, Mad Max etc etc. And of course the low budget spaghetti westerns with really bad English dubbing. Ah, those were the days..
