The difference is those parts are organs that once served a purpose which overtime nature dictated weren't needed anymore. It is evident in just about every animal the role that the foreskin plays - it's to protect genitalia. The foreskin is not a redundant organ that once served a purpose at some point in our evolution like the appendix, it still serves a purpose to this day and will continue to do so until nature says otherwise.
