Also worth noting that I absolutely loved Michael Emerson's voice over. To the point I found myself wishing Joker's role in TDKR was larger just so we could get more of Emerson.

Everyone Else.

Ledger I gave over Hamill simply for the fact that he did a live action version opposed to voice over. Ledger had mannerisms and physical quirks that I felt added to his interpretation of The Joker.

While Leto's version was not good in Suicide Squad, there was really so little of him in the film to make a good interpretation, added with the fact that he wasn't interacting with Batman. I feel if he's involved in the solo Batman film at all, we'll see a better performance and some improvements to his character.
