What the hell is your problem? We're only ranking the versions of Joker we've seen in full so far. Heath's Joker isn't on the list because TDK isn't out yet, so we cannot judge him properly.

He was the voice of the Joker in Batman: The Animated Series.

And, in my opinion, the best Joker I've seen so far.

BTW, I did't like Kevin Richardson's Joker much, until I saw The Batman Vs Dracula, which changed my mind.
