Yeah, I've just been doing it whenever I notice they've gone over a thousand (and they're usually well over 1000 by the time I notice, lol).

Also, I just noticed they fixed the color scheme on the sub-header menu bar. Huzzah! Now if only they could fix the buttons so that "Watched Threads" is always up there. The "2017 SuperheroHype Awards" and "Hype-Time Achievement Committee" never need their own buttons. :funny:

The 2018 SHH awards will ;)

Will it ever be possibly to automatically mark an entire forum read if you visit it? The old board did that and it seemed a bit more convenient than having to manually mark it read.

But maybe people would prefer to do it manually, I'm not sure, just wanted to throw it out there!
You can though it has another setp added. Just go to the +Forums and mouseover it. It will let you mark the forum or entire board as read.

I'm feeling better about the layout, especially now that I can see the Cyrillic in my sig. I'm not on enough to get fully comfortable.

Get on more :)

So… There was a prior glitch where the column of ads (“sidebar”) on the right side flipped over to the left side. This rendered most of the screen unreadable and many of the hyperlinked thread titles inaccessible. Now, said glitch was fixed for a time. But now it seems to be back.

It's kind of nice to collapse forums/types of forums I otherwise would ignore anyway but not that there doesn't seem to be memory of which ones I collapsed/expanded before.

Is there a reason why some sections load so slowly?

Stupid ad bar on the left side makes this site almost inaccessible to me

As of this point I feel rather comfortable with the new changes. Big thanks to everyone involved, people working on it, and people making requests that work.

How do I see the list of posts I have posted in past ?

Same here.

If you have the blue skin -
click on your name at the top right of the page

In the box that appears with multiple choices....click on your content

You can do what C. Lee said, and also point on your screen name, a list that includes 'Find All Posts' will drop, click it.
I'm afraid you won't be able to go past the posts you made with the new design.

There’s an “X” button on the upper right of the expanded “sidebar” which collapses it. This is only a workaround solution; but it at least makes the site readable and, therefore, usable - if and when the “sidebar” decides to flip over to the left side. :wall:

Important note: this button appears to be absent if you’re not logged in. So guests who are just browsing (perhaps thinking of signing up) will be very frustrated and unimpressed.

Does anyone else feel like the way the ignore feature works on the new forum is a bit extreme? Not even being aware that they posted at all and not being able to click to see what they said seems like a bit much.

I thought it was hilarious. Still do. People having arguments with themselves. I ignore certain people for a good reason. Not having to see anything of them is more than worth the initial confusion of someone seemingly nonsensically commenting in response to them.

Nope, it's a fulfillment of old wishes of some members.
You can see posts made by ignored people, but clicking that thing above the quick reply box shows all ignored content on the page you view at the time.

I wish it were an option at least for the ignore system to work the way it did before, I know and understand why some people prefer it this way, but I much preferred the old way.
