Lol. But, J's right- was the Hero's "exclusive look" ever called a trailer???

So, I am 88% positive that this is a trailer, but as I said- I don't know what scenes that trailer will be comprised of or if we will see Doom at all in it. Just that it will be in trailer form... and not a scene like the Heroes "look"... if that makes sense?

I am looking forward to this commercial, trailer, whatever it is, but I am not going to get my hopes up about seeing Doom, simply because we were suppose to see him during Heroes and we didn't so until I see good ol' Doc D....I am keeping my mouth shut from getting TOO excited (as if I am not already overly excited for this film...the single most anticipated film of the year for me).

I discovered that that thread was locked, thus this one...

I was tuning into Fox for 'On the Lot' and they said a "exclusive trailer" (obviously new) will premiere tomorrow night (Wednesday) with "Dancing with the Stars"

Guys... it's real, fox confirmed it tonight.t:

Mods feel free to do whatever you need with this post. But, the promo confirmed that the Wednesday trailer IS real... don't know about Doom, but there is an exclusive trailer with Dancing with the Stars. Turn to Fox and you'll probably see the promo I'm talking about while watching within the hour or so again- probably.

I'll pass, i don't want to see any more footage. i'll wait for the movie. June 15th is almost here.

Still not sure if this is a trailer, or what. It could just be interview snippets with clips, or an exclusive scene.

I think most of us assumed the same thing Matt. When I hear the term "trailer" I think of theatrical release. This is going to be something entirely different--a clip actually. There's a difference. However, I'm confused as to why FOX didn't take that opportunity to clarify the matter for you when they had the chance.

Anyways, I will reopen AD's thread since he was the first to cite the news on this board...and I'll merge this one with it.

I like the way they have done the advertising. They waited till the last month this time. We have been bombarded with clips and bits for the last 2 weeks. 16 days left, time to slow down a tad. Keep running what they have been. No need to give anymore. t: I think they have given us a lot. We haven't seen Doom by now, and I don't think we will.

I actually have seen some variants of TV clips - combinations of other clips that we have seen before popping up. So, who knows what we'll see. I am really at the point where I don't want to see all that much until it's on the big screen!

I am pretty sure that site got the news from me, as I mentioned in my post originally that there was a chance we might see Doom in the trailer. I never confirmed anything though. Call me stupid, but whenever I hear that a new trailer is coming out I assume that it is their big reveal of Doom. I just have had such a hard time thinking that they would get to the movie without spoiling him.
