Ray Fisher is CYBORG!

I can't wait to see what Cyborg looks like. Would you guys prefer a slimmer or bulkier look?

This is a good look.

I just know that they should stray from making Cyborg and Metallo look too similar to a Terminator.

I'm sure as many others have said, that Cyborg is gonna look awesome...

Seems to be basically a cameo that will lead to other films

Hopefully that film is a Teen Titan movie

Hopefully that low budget Deathstroke movie will come out and then the sequel to that will be a Teen Titans film

Any one know how old this guy is? Hell of a first movie to be in

^26 years old.

He should be able to play either a college level or pro football player.

if Cyborg exists.......I want that to mean that the Titans ( Raven ) will exist in the DC movie verse.

Raven is my favourite DC character and I will go freakin' APE if she appears in a movie, but I don't see that happening anytime soon.

As for Cyborg, I was livid about this news at first but now that I've calmed down a little bit I don't think this'll be all bad. Fisher certainly looks the part and he'll probably/hopefully just have a cameo, although I'd prefer it if he wasn't there at all.

He's a theatre actor though so he should be good.

I think Metallo and Cyborg should have degrees of technopathy allowing their on screen appearances to change.

Metallo could appear like a man sized cyborg and then say he gets knocked into a SWAT van he can absorb and incorporate the weaponry and machinery of the van to make himself larger and more formidable.

If The Rock ends up being MMH and they push Aquaman out I'm gonna have to crack some skulls.

Also Wise, your sig is brilliant.

The only DC character the Rock should play is Black Adam. I would consider it an insult if he wasn't even given first priority if they ever use the character.

Doubt we'll be getting Jon Stewart now. Get ready for a Hal Jordan recast.

I kind of hope that Rock's project isn't involved with the combined DC universe and that he's making a one off film like Sgt. Rock (Pun intended) or Lobo.

I'd like to see Stone in that football scene that was filmed. He is injured and left paralyzed and near death and his dad tried to save him....that would be cool

Why? There's not a limit on black characters. We still don't know who the Rock is playing. He could be Stewart.

Unfortunately this is hollywood. There is almost always a one black hero limit. Then again it could work for the Rock. He can play a white character "Hercules" or a black character "That football coach in the movie about juvenile teens" The Rock is the safe hollywood black choice. Just black enough.

Oh, that sounds painfully like an episode of Smallville. :funny:

Hal Jordan is just a superior character when compared to John Stewart. I'm glad we're getting a black superhero in this that isn't a 2nd rate version of a white hero

Regarding costumes again, I like this design.

Not sure if intentional, but it looks like Football padding (especially the shoulders), which could solidify the character's identity as a Football player turned superhero. Maybe he's used to running with weight on his shoulders and requests that it be part of his suit; retaining a part of his humanity/identity and whatnot.

and regarding the 'one black character' rule, I don't think that applies when the white alternative is Hal Jordan, who is pretty much a joke in the public eye. I think WB would take The Rock as Stewart over any actor as Hal Jordan. Though if Geoff Johns (executive producer) has any say on the matter, that'll never happen.

Eh Maybe is actually trying to take credit for the scoop just because he first mentioned in February that a young black actor might have a role in this film.

Okay, then.. lol

"Told you guys CYBORG would be in Batman vs Superman...congrats @krolljvar on the scoop score!"

It would be cool if this movie broke the mold.

Just be happy the Justice League has a black guy in the active team. If we get John Stewart it'd be awesome and personally I think the right call as it formally cuts ties with the awful 2011 film.

The Avenger's Nick Fury is basically regulated to the steretypical angry police chief role. Though that said his role in Cap 2 was excellent. That car chase was awesome.
