From the site that shall not be named.
The titles listed below are on the nomination ballot of the Razzies. This ballot has been sent out to the voting membership who will then vote to select 5 nominees per category. This year's final nominations will be announced in January. Last year's big "winner" was The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2.

The list offers up a very interesting perspective on the year's worst films. Box-office bombs like The Lone Ranger, R.I.P.D obviously find love. So does surprisingly Ben Stiller's The Secret Life Of Walter Mitty.

These nominations however also add fuel to the fire for those who don't consider Ben Affleck a good actor and a good choice for Batman. He has been long-listed for Runner Runner and is almost sure to get nominated again and perhaps even win. It would be his 9th overall nomination, he has been previously been nominated for his performances in Pearl Harbour, Daredevil, Gigli, Paycheck, Jersey Girl etc. as well as the worst actor of the decade (2000-2009). He had won the Worst Actor award in 2004 for his previous superhero outing - Daredevil.

Other prominent names listed include Robert DeNiro and Sly Stallone for Grudge Match, Arnold for Escape Plan and The Last Stand, Jennifer Lopez and Jason Statham for Parker and Keanu Reeves for 47 Ronin.

A friend saw Paranoia and told me that it was the worst film of the decade!

Was the Secret Life of Walter Mitty that bad?

A lot of people are ripping on Walter Mitty, I guess I'll have to see it for myself but it looked nowhere near as bad as most of the films on these lists above.

That was my thoughts too...it looked good and seemed to be one of those movies that sneaks awards away from the favorites.

Some of those choices seem like horse **** even if I haven't seen the film or performance yet.

Was Mel Gibson's performance that bad in Machete Kills or am I right in thinking that it's just hate towards him because of his somewhat recent shenanigans?

LOl not at all. It was premiered at NY film Festival and critics were very hostile from day one.

Critics simply don't take Stiller seriously.

Robert DeNiro and a Razzie nomination you know somethings not right in the world.

I have seen the film. Trust me, he is reeeeeeeally bad.

He has been terrible for a decade now. His past triumphs don't excuse the fact that he stars in absolute **** now.

THR gave Walter Mitty a positive review...i may check it out out of curiosity now.

Die Hard should have got more nominations, shockingly overlooked.

He was fantastic in both Silver Linings Playbook and American Hustle, so while he does do some garbage, he also shows he's still got it I hear the man just likes to keep busy, what else do you do when you're old.

He's Robert De Niro. He can keep busy in all good movies if he wants to.

So you think he decides oh I'm De Niro I'll act in crappy movies now seeing as i've done the great and the good ones.

Do you have any other valid reasoning why he decided to star in so many bad films other than to keep busy and a paycheck? Theres only so many roles written in movies today for 60+ year old men.

He can surely refuse terrible scripts. Is he hard up for money?

Why squander your reputation and waste your time?

I haven't seen Runner Runner, but I read a few reviews, and they made it sound like Affleck was the only good thing about the movie. Sounds like a case of the old "LOOGIT BEN AFFLECK IN ANOTHER CRAPPY MOVIE CUZ HE SUCKS HE'S GONNA BE THE WURST BATMAN EVERZ" rhetoric. Never mind that that he didn't write and direct said crappy movie, and he didn't cast Justin "I'm not a leading man no matter how much Hollywood tries to ram me down your throat" Timberlake in the lead role.

I agree Timberlake isn't leading man material but I did quite enjoy him in The Social Network.

Yeah, he's good in smaller, supporting roles like that. But Hollywood seems to want to turn him into an action hero or something.

In regards to De Niro, it's kind of sad that his role in American Hustle was for one scene and lasted all of five minutes, yet it was arguably his best role since Casino, and that was almost 20 years ago. I didn't think he turned in a bad performance in Silver Linings Playbook, but it wasn't really anything different from Meet the Parents or Analyze This De Niro.

As for the rest of the nominations, there's nothing that I'd really argue about. That's a pretty bad list of films. I don't hate The Lone Ranger as much as others do, but I can see why it gets a lot of hate.

The Razzie have always been and always will be terrible.
