Culinary discovery of the day: How to make SPAM not gross? Bake it into a frittata.

Found SPAM in my pantry, have no idea when or why I would have bought such a thing. But I don't like to waste things so I decided to throw it in a frittata with spinach, green onions and queso fresco cheese - surprisingly tasty!

Damn, I didn't even think about giving the spam to my cats. Oh well.

There's a restaurant I go to once in awhile called Green Dot Stables. They serve sliders and there is one slider on the menu called the mystery meat. The mystery met is a slider that gets changed every week with something new. They post the mystery slider of the week on their twitter page and the slider this week was a "Spam & ramen slider with kimchi, kimchi mayo and grated duck egg yolk". I've never had spam before, but I don't find canned meat to be something that makes me want to eat out.
