I couldn't be arsed to read through 20 pages, so ignore me I guess if this has already been said.

But to be honest, I've been thinking about this as well since seeing Nolan's bat-films, and if someone did successfully try to imitate the Batman, there would almost certainly be someone out there who would decide to become the real life Joker and go round killing people. I reckon its best left well alone.

As to whether the real life batman could actually exist, I agree with the people who said that he would barely last a day.

I think the biggest factor in all of this isn't as much how physically strong a person needs to be, but how actually has the mentality to pull this off? When I say this, I don't mean dressing up as a bat, but with the moral and spiritual strength needed to become Batman. In today's soceity, it's becoming more and more rare.
