I need help with something. In Multiplayer Mode, there is a challenge I am trying to get.

Sharpshooter II - Rank 2: Shoot someone's hat off while riding a mount.

Now, I've shot someone's hat off while sitting on a horse, and I didn't get credit. I shot someone's hat off while trotting on the horse, and I didn't get credit. So I'm assuming you have to be running on the horse to get this challenge.

Does anyone have any tips for this? Because every time I try shooting someone's hat off while running on the horse I just end up shooting them in the head.

The trick I use is to shoot a little above the hat so the bullet grazes it.

Is the Assassin's Outfit worth shelling out $10-15 on Ebay? I heard alot of good things about this pre-order DLC item, and I'm kind of tempted to get it somehow. However, it is also rather expensive, and I'm sure majority of the players don't have it but still enjoy the game regardlessly.

No, one outfit is not worth 10 or 15 bux. It's a neat outfit, but not worth paying extra for.

Anyone else got issues with multiplayer...? It takes forever to load. When it does load, it goes back to free roam because of connection issues with other players and it loads back to free roam... a cycle that never ends. Up until now I've been shot once, the rest of the time is spent looking at a screen loading...Fun.

When it does load, it goes back to free roam because of connection issues with other players and it loads back to free roam... a cycle that never ends. Up until now I've been shot once, the rest of the time is spent looking at a screen loading...Fun.

It needs to be patched. Plus the servers are hosted by GameSpy so that doesn't help.

Does anyone know if a stranger mission ever expires?I need the California stranger mission,but..not showing up anywhere.I am up North now towards the end of the game.Hope I don't have to replay the whole campaign.

Found himIf you are looking for anything for your outfit that needs to be done with a stranger mission just do this.go into your outfits menu, select the outfit, and then select TRACK (x button on 360). This will show the purple circle where the stranger can be found on the big map. Without doing this you will actually have to be within visual range to see where the guy is at.

And is it going to be done completely Machinama style?

I'm pretty sure that the stranger during the I Know You missions is God. Throughout the story he knows who you are, disappears into thin air, on the last mission with him he walks to you your grave and says this looks like a good spot which I thought was really cool and then at the very end when John is peeking through the barn doors you catch a quick glimpse of the man. My friend says that he is the devil but c'mon this is a story about John looking for redemption, if he's the devil than that's just a downer.

im on level 36 on multiplayer but there is still plenty to do around...I enjoy free roam more than the battles and gold rush's
