Now, I just got into Mexico and began the missions for both the government and the rebels. You guys mentioned how they were very grey on who was right and wrong in the whole mess, how John was back on forth on each side.

Honestly, I think that's just a tip of the proverbial cowboy hat to 'A Fistful of Dollars' when The Man With No Name played both sides for his own gain. Besides, very few times are wars in this world black and white, so I don't see much of a problem with the Mexico missions.

To find Bill Williamson. He doesn't owe any favors to either side of this conflict. All he has to do is shove a gun in someone's face when they refuse to tell him where Williamson is. But instead you have to play errand boy for 12 hours because Rockstar didn't feel like their game was long enough.

Has anyone else had problems playing online in this game? I hit the option to play online at the main menu but it keeps telling me I have to be signed into the PSN, even though I already am??

A patch is live for RDR now which I guess fixed the multiplayer connection problem I was having

37 hours in and I just got 100%. I think 100% was handled much better in this than in GTAIV, it wasn't so tedious.

lol...it took me 74 hours but it was all fun. I definetly agree on GTAIV. I never even attempted that bc it was ridiculous

Ending of the game was very satisfying but above all else, I was slightly upset about it.

Oh well, time to dig into the online multiplayer and try to get 100%

As far as the Black Stallion thing, I went ahead and broke down and bought a $750 deed to one a bit back. It's a fast horse, but above that I was happy to find out that it's an autosave. Whenever you don't have your horse out if you click on the deed it'll save, and can be clicked as many times as you want. It saved me a ton of trouble when I was hunting wolves and bears and such, and after so many skins I'd use it to save in case I died.

What are some of the good places to find a fast black stallion? I'm still stuck with the first horse I broke back with the McFarlane's and I want to tame a better horse.

the one you get at mcfarlane's ranch is maybe the best horse in terms of balance. it's got good strength and stamina and is fairly fast. but i use the american standardbred now because the speed is not much, but is noticeably, faster. i just roamed around beecher's hope and near the rivers and tamed every horse i saw. check at the store to see which horse you tamed if you aren't sure.

also went to mexico to get the hungarian horse. it's my least favorite, but it's nice to have the deeds for the top three horses.

Finally beat story mode yesterday, my thoughts (contains spoilers)...

Wow!! What an experience!! Thank you R* for making this an awesome gaming experience. They made a game that demanded my attention everyday and made me care about the adventures of John Marston and all the other crazy characters you meet along the way. It was sad to see him die in the end. I wanted him to have a happy story-book ending, but I think the ending that was in the game was a satisfying end to John.

It seems like Jack has followed in his father's footsteps, which was sad to see, his father's hopes of him being a success seemed to have been crushed because of the death of John. I hope the sequel continues the story and Jack gets revenge for his father's death. I'd also like a prequel with John and his gang, or maybe a sequel where he didn't die. Whatever comes out next from the team that made this masterpiece, I know I'll be buying it.

EDIT: Just checked a website, I guess I didn't finish the main storyline.

lol I'm like -$1000 in Poker because I always bet all-in for no reason, but I'm up $600 from Liar's dice. It's hard to lose when you tell the truth 99% of the time.

i effing loved this game. one of the best i've ever played, and john marston is probably my favourite VG character.

i really missed hearing his voice afterwards when i was finishing off the bounty missions. just wasn't the same.

i did get to 100% though (and yes, much, much more reasonable than GTA4's 100%) and then i finally hit up online multiplayer and padded everyone's stats. i've never been any good at that ****.

I find the pump action shot gun or auto shot gun from close range does the trick.

Or if you wanna keep your distance get the Buffalo Rifle.

And yea the Elegent Suit is sweeeeeet. I think it just looks cool, never mind the ability to cheat with it.
