Anybody let any towns die? Cochinay's gone for me. I was curious about what'd happen, plus I didn't feel like riding all the way up that stupid mountain again, so I just ignored it when it came under attack again. Kind of sad. :csad:
That was the Train Camp in West Elizabeth for me. I heard it was under attack, and by the time I made it there the undead was munching on the last of the survivors. I saved the town, but by the time I made it back to Mexico, I got a message that the town had been officially lost. Not too hard to do when all the survivors are now zombie brain food.:csad:

So I just let it go.

Last night, was the reason why I don't like playing multiplayer. Trying to work with other players to get an achievement was seriously like that internet meme having this kid essentially doing a Leroy Jenkins.

I lost Armadillo. Gutted. I totally missed the warning it was under attack, I don't even know if I got that warning in the first place!

my first time playing undead horde some knucklehead was shooting at all of us instead of the zombies

had a good session this morning...11 waves, 15 minutes

I think the farthest I've gotten was 16.

And I totally started letting the towns get overrun by zombies after I got the achievement. I was too busy chasing unicorns to worry about them. :o

if the town gets overran, you can still make it so it is safe and you can save there. There was an annoying glitch where no matter what, Las Hermanas would get lost with no warning what so ever, but I went in and cleared out all the zombies on my own and I can save there now.

I just got the original game, gonna start it tonight. So what does the undead nightmare expansion do? Like as soon as you load it does it automatically change it so the towns start getting overrun? How does that work?

It's a separate campaign.

What you do in the Original game has no effect on the Undead expansion and vice versa.

However, it does add a couple of different games to multiplayer.

What are you supposed to do
after Marston becomes a zombie himself? it sounds like they want you to do more missions to put his soul to rest, but does that just mean finishing 100% or more story?

When you select Single Player you then choose whether you want Red Dead Redemption or Undead Nightmare. It's a completely separate single player experience in terms of progression and unlockables, but don't play it until you've finished the original game because you won't recognize any of the characters.

If anyone loves zombies and is also looking for another zombie game that has XBOX 360 compatibility... Stubbs the Zombie in Rebel without a Pulse

Let me know, I have it listed on ebay and trying to sell it...Have it up really cheap ($4.99 bid, $16 buy it now) and its like new and played twice. Such a great game though when I played it too..Got me into zombies. Also a very rare game

Anyone else played this?

Just finished Undead Nightmare. Great DLC. This and Ballad of Gay Tony are basically what all DLC should be. Now that Rockstar has laid down the groundwork, does anyone else think the next Grand Theft Auto game should have zombie DLC? I know it risks becoming cliche, but think of how good it could be, the pedestrians of Vice City (or where ever it is set) transformed into blood thirsty monsters, all chasing you. The city in absolute chaos, etc. It could be like something out of a Romero film.

Why not? Its the only setting in which a full on modern zombie apocalypse would work.

I would still pop in GTAIV if they made a new zombie DLC for it. Whipping through the streets of Liberty City and barreling through hordes of zombies would be fantastic.

Undead Nightmare had this great atmosphere of "Yeah, we built this set, let's film a new movie on it", I see no reason why GTA couldn't follow suit in the future in Vice City or wherever that series goes. It doesn't hurt the integrity of the original game, it just gives the player something different and fun to experience and certainly gives Rockstar a lot of creative freedom.

I dont think it risks being a cliche bc ts already a cliche. Too many games in the last 2 years have featured zombies.

I figured out the lightning....if you throw holy water in certain areas of undead horde, you get the lightning storm

Certain areas? Isn't it pretty much any place you throw it down? I had a message pop up once, informing me that holy water works differently in Undead Horde. It's basically, throw that **** and then run for the hills!

Tardy to the party but I just beat Undead Nightmare. Really fun and it was great to play as John and not his b**** ass son.

And this has probably been brought up but:
If uncle died in this how did he come back for the climax of the real story?

Also is there a difference between the downloaded version of the game and the Disc one?

I cant wait for the next DLC, I hope its aliens [BLACKOUT]Cowboys and Aliens :awesome:[/BLACKOUT]
