Request for help with a picture.

I've looked through this fan art section, and there are some very talented artists on the Hype. So I need a little help. I am artisically retarted. I'm going to get a tattoo soon of the Joker. This image particularly:

Now, as previously stated I am artistically ******ed. Could one of the Hype's fine artists please finish off The Jokers arms for me? It would be greatly appreciated.

Honestly, with something that simple, he could do it as he draws the tattoo before inking. In fact, if he acts like he can't or balks at it, I'd leave.

Bill's right, if the guy can't draw those little pieces of joker's arms, I wouldn't want him giving me a tatoo.
