World resemblence of lost and x- men

i don't know why but any time i watch the show it reminds me of x-men specially the characters..

kate-jean grey
sawyer-wolverine
i think these characters are very similar even the love triangle between them..did you ever think so too or am i dreaming

Except Sawyer who does resemble Wolverine, the other characters are very diferent. The triangle could be asociated with the Scott-Jean-Wolvie one but it could also be asociated with any other TV-show triangle (and there's loads). Kate is nothing like Jean, the closest character that comes to mind is Yukio.

i say: Jack --> Cyclops, the obvious leader with a heart of gold.
Kate --> Rogue, the reformed bad girl with a tough personality.
Sawyer --> Gambit, this one is so obvious:the cunning scoundrel you either love or hate.
Sayid --> Wolverine, the fierce warrior with a rough and dark past, always ready to fight for what's his and very loyal.
Hugo kinda reminds me of Beast.
