And to Mr. Caps lock king the reason why I have to resolve to that ignorant statements that you so call rob me of any creditability is because you guys are acting immature and say stupid things when Insomniac is trying to talk about their game. You make fun of it and say that they have to say that when people like Bungie and Epic talk so much about their games and you guys just say "OH MY GOD ITS GOING TO BE F**KING AMAZING LETS HAVE AN ELEPHANT CIRCLE OVER THIS GAME " Insomniac has a ton of credit going behind their studios and they don't disappoint, they know what they need to do to make a AAA title.

For instance in Gears of War the enemies just run around and gun. In Resistance enemies actually crawl on walls Spider-Man style making them a hard target where with Gears all I can see me doing for ten hours is stopping and popping shooting an enemy who may take cover but won't do anything extraordinary like Resistance. I mean the hero moments alone are an amazing feature that gets a plus over Gears.

VERY LITTLE IS KNOWN, SO FAR, ABOUT THE VARIOUS ENEMY TYPES IN 'GEARS'. THEREFORE, YOU'VE ONCE AGAIN PROVEN YOUR IGNORANCE. FACT IS, IF YOU WOULDN'T CONTINUE TO COMPARE THE GAME TO 'GEARS', AND ACT LIKE YOU'VE ALREADY PLAYED IT (AND 'RESISTANCE', FOR THAT MATTER), YOU WOULDN'T HAVE A PROBLEM. Actaully Thwip sorry for disrespecting the elder please forgive me but the statement you just made is totally un-legit. My friend has an Xbox 360 and he has been following Gears of War like its his girl friend *Sorry for the lame description* I know a ton about the enemies he has all of the magazines about the game I know all of the enemies in the game due to a column that describes all of them like a burrower and a huge creature with rockets on its back ect. So technically speaking your statement just made is ignorant. I haven't player Gears and I haven't played Resistance Fall of Man but all i'm going on is what I know can be brought to the table by both companies. But personally I feel like you are discrediting Resistance and thats why i'm on the defense. I'm sorry if I'm sounding like a prick to you Thwip but some of the statements are asking for it.

I'm not saying that your game is going to suck. The only thing that made it seem like I was anti-Resistance is the offhand comment to add to what THWIP had said. Resistance isn't going to be a bad game, it has the potential to be much better where Killzone sucked ass last generation.

Buut... I also think that since Epic has been behind some major titles before, and this title is shaping up to be the best so far.. that GoW could definitely smash any competition in the FPS market. Regardless of console. Hell, it might even be able to detract from Halo 3's hype when it launches.

Your company and game of choice don't suck.. But, you have to learn that unless there is hard evidence lying right there.. you have to be prepared for disappointment. I'm prepared to be disappointed if GoW isn't the hit I want it to be.

Yes, largest first-day sales in entertainment history. The only thing that's close to that is PoTC's 3-day sales.. which topped $120 mil I think?

AND, TO BE FAIR, THE SAME COULD/SHOULD BE SAID ABOUT 'RESISTENCE', SINCE IT'S STILL FAR FROM FINISHED. BUT, YOU ARE THE ONE WHO'S BEEN RAMMING YOUR FANBOYISM DOWN EVERYONE'S THROATS, SINCE THE FIRST NEWS BROKE ABOUT 'RESISTENCE'. ^ The statement above Thwip though doesn't make any sense. Resistance is shaping up to be an awesome title, read the Magazine article. There is so much mystery behind it, so much action and amazing things. The enemies are cool the levels are huge each one taking about 45 minutes to complete. The control scheme is cool. They are taking advantage of the motion sensing. The weapons are really tight. I mean Resistance has a lot going for it and thats why i'm always shoving it down your guys throats is because all of your facts are wrong when talking negative about Resistance. ITS ANOTHER ALIEN FPS. No its not....The point i'm trying to make is many people are not liking Resistance for countless of reasons that are not even correct.
